Points Consulting engaged with the University of Idaho and ZGA Architects to complete a feasibility study for the proposed CAFÉ Discovery Center, in particular the Outreach & Education Center. The study included a market analysis, stakeholder interviews, tourism analysis, operational, staffing, management and financial plan, and finally including a “go/no-go” recommendation. If developed, the CAFÉ Discovery Center would provide an exposition space for agri-business and a home for agricultural education in the Magic Valley.
