Points Consulting completed the 2021-2026 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the Superior California Economic Development District (SCEDD). The SCEDD district includes the four beautiful Northern California counties of Modoc, Siskiyou, Shasta, and Trinity, and the plan will provide structure and prioritization for the district and its local economic and community development partners through 2026. The process included considerable community engagement, including four virtual Townhalls and a community survey that attained 690 responses from regional residents. Our team also completed an update to the plan in 2023 to assess progress towards the plan’s goals and update important statistics.
