Housing Needs Market Study for Chelan & Douglas (WA) Counties

The Housing Authority of Chelan County & the City of Wenatchee engaged Points Consulting to complete a Housing Needs Market Study for Chelan and Douglas Counties. In this study, Points Consulting provided an overview of housing conditions in both counties, with particular focus on low-and moderate-income audiences. PC analyzed demographic and economic characteristics, labor market data, housing stock and recent production trends, home values and rental costs, and affordability levels particularly within the highest need cohorts of veterans, homeless, disabled populations, seniors, and farmworkers. Results were presented the Regional Housing Summit on June 1, 2022.
