Points Consulting is excited to announce that we have been selected to work with SCJ Alliance to conduct a housing study for the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community (located on Fidalgo Island within Washington State). This project is aimed at developing an actionable plan that outlines the tribe’s housing needs and provides assistance in planning the implementation of such housing.
PC’s primary role in this project is determining the current housing supply and demand within the tribe’s lands and in the surrounding areas. The tribe is experiencing a distinct shortage of all types of housing (affordable, market rate, single-family, etc.) and we will be helping them determine how best to facilitate development of additional units.
