Points Consulting, in collaboration with SCJ Alliance, developed a Land Quantity Analysis study to fulfill the state of Washington’s Growth Management Act requirements. The study examines the entirety of land use types in the City, including residential, commercial and industrial. PC developed custom population and housing demand forecasts and recommended methods and policies for achieving the required levels of density to meet state affordability goals.
