Our team completed a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), for the Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria located near Loletta California in April 2024. The CEDS outlines the Tribe’s greatest strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It highlights goals and related actions for the Tribe to accomplish in the next five years, along with impacts for the next seven generations. The CEDS relies on a number of available databases and a community engagement aspect targeted toward Bear River Band members to fully encompass the Tribe’s desires and needs.
