Points Consulting partnered with Chmura Economics for a study of the future of work in Texas for the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). PC carried out a series of virtual focus groups in order to gain insight and better understand workers’ current and future concerns about workforce skills and compatibilities. The team conducted 12 total focus groups, with one Spanish session, and an interview with organizational leaders within the Texas workforce. The focus groups included participants of diverse backgrounds, income levels, and job titles. After leading these interviews, PC distilled the most relevant results and presented the analysis in a report to TWC, which can be read here:
